The new aerodynamic system AERO TEGRA of MAGE SUNFIXINGS GmbH
Völkermarkt, 27. March 2012 - MAGE SUNFIXINGS AERO TEGRA® is the new aerodynamic installation system to attach photovoltaic modules on flat roofs.
AERO TEGRA® is used for all flat roofs with an incline of up to five degrees. A roof penetration or additional weighing down up to certain building heights are not necessary. Application locations are thereby all types of flat roofs with very minimal load reserves and for flat roofs where a penetration of the roof covering is not permissible (e.g. roof seals made plastic, bitumen, extensive landscaped areas, gravel roofs).
System characteristics
MAGE SUNFIXINGS AERO TEGRA® sets itself apart through a very simple modular system. A minimal surface load of approx. 10 kg per m2 is achieved per gross area depending on the location.
AERO TEGRA® is suitable for all standard modules with frames. All system parts are manufactured from weather-resistant materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, coated steel plates.
The modules can be installed with an incline angle between 15 and 20 degrees - depending on the module type and location. The module orientation is horizontal.
Wind load zones
Due to the aerodynamic design and an optimised weighting, MAGE SUNFIXINGS guarantees resistance without ballasts up to wind load zone II for buildings up to 10 m height and up to a wind load zone I for buildings up to 18 m height (at wind load zone 1). The ballast is calculated separately for the wind load zone III and IV and other building heights.
Modular system
At AERO TEGRA® of MAGE SUNFIXINGS GmbH, we have a cost-effective modular system which is easy and quick to install with just a few components and individual parts. The cable guidance system is integrated. In addition, affordable integration into the building lightening protection system.
Quality characteristics
The AERO TEGRA® system for framed modules has a long service life due to very high corrosion resistance. The proof of safety standards is subject to standard DIN 1055-4. The system was successfully tested by TÜV Rheinland.
Service
MAGE SUNFIXINGS GmbH guarantees complete technical processing in house. The training of construction managers and installers as AERO TEGRA® layers is a prerequisite.
